Farriery Apprenticeship (Wales)

The farriery profession is a highly regulated industry under the Farriers (Registration) Act 1975. This apprenticeship offers a Level 3 entry route into the profession, providing learners entering the industry with the skills and knowledge to provide a service to the horse owning public.
Upon successful completion, apprentices will be able to qualify as registered farriers that will allow them to set up their own business, join other farriers or progress to be an approved training farrier.
The duration of the Apprenticeship is 4 years and 2 months.
