C&G L3 Technical in Equine Management

This course provides core training for anyone wishing to develop an active career that includes riding, teaching equine science and therapy, for example. You will gain practical applied experience for all units, including riding, teaching and caring for horses, science behind rehabilitation and performance. You will have the opportunity to tailor units to your particular area of interest. You are also encouraged to take British Horse Society (BHS) exams alongside the main course (subject to fees). As an equine student at Riseholme College, you will have the opportunity to complete additional qualifications in BHS Stage 1/2. In combining your theoretical knowledge with invaluable practical skills, this specialist qualification will prepare you for a successful career in the equine industry beyond your College education. You will be encouraged to take the British Horse Society (BHS) exams and Young Equestrian Leaders Awards (YELA) alongside the main course (subject to fees).
