City & Guilds Level 1 Diploma in Land based Studies (Environmental Conservation)

Myerscough College can offer you the opportunity to train at the best land-based College in the North West, with excellent facilities for Environmental Conservation.

At the Croxteth Park centre in Liverpool students have the opportunity to work across the estate, which includes woodlands, a nature reserve, ponds and wildlife areas.

Our work experience opportunities will enable you to further your conservation and arboriculture skills in a setting that will enhance your knowledge and improve your communication, team-building, customer care skills and confidence.

This is a practical conservation course, which includes aspects of arboriculture. It is a first level to help you decide which area of the landbased industry you might prefer to progress onto or to work in. We offer the foundation skills which will help you to work safely, construct countryside features, establish and maintain sites and carry out basic arboriculture tasks.
