City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Mowers (Pedestrian)

This course covers the use of pedestrian controlled mowers, including pre-use checks, maintenance, identification of controls and instruments and operating the machine taking into account the type of cutting mechanism used. If you are taking the course on a College site then we will use a rotary mower. We can train and assessor on cylinder mowers for commercial bookings at individual work places. If you have a flail; reciprocating knife or Green Machine then we may be able to complete the training and issue a Myerscough certificate however we cannot deliver and assess the City and Guilds qualification.
