Estate Skills

This course is for landowners and smallholders or those looking into get into farm work and keen to learn some basic estate skills.

This course will introduce you to a number of different estate skills including various methods of maintaining boundaries such as fencing, and erecting a gate. You will get plenty of hands on practice with different hand tools

This subsidised course provides an opportunity to develop your estate skills particularly around maintaining boundaries. You will receive expert tuition and guidance.

The course cost includes everything you will need. Our biosecurity measures include providing the overalls and wellingtons for you during your time on the farm. Lunch is included. You will need to bring wet weather gear for working out of doors.
