Golf Greenkeeping Apprenticeship Level 2

If you are unable to secure employment, you could enrol on a full-time study programme and transfer to an Apprenticeship at a later date. Please apply for a full-time course as your second option.

This apprenticeship includes the Level 2 Certificate in Golf Greenkeeping, and has been developed by the Golf Training Council (GTC) in consultation with employers, training providers and the golf industry. It offers a rounded qualification that includes essential knowledge, skill and behaviours needed to work in the industry. Units include all mowing activities, course preparation, health and safety and plant identification. Past learners have won awards, including the coveted Saltex Cup and have benefited from learning at the College?s own golf course.
