L3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management (iPet)

The iPET Network Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management equips candidates with the skills and knowledge to groom various dog breeds.

This nationally recognised qualification proves to employers or clients that candidates have the expertise for professional grooming. The diploma is awarded once the required skill level is achieved and remains relevant throughout a candidate’s career.

During the course, candidates will groom at least 20 dogs, covering at least 10 different breeds and 6 distinct coat types, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as prepping, bathing, scissoring, clipping, styling, and nail trimming. Additionally, the course covers essential topics like health and safety in a grooming salon, business management, and canine emergency first aid.

This course runs for two days per week, on Monday and Tuesday.
