If you are unable to secure employment, you could enrol on a full-time study programme and transfer to an Apprenticeship at a later date. Please apply for a full-time course as your second option.
This apprenticeship would suit anyone with an interest in rivers, coasts (the sea), lakes, wetlands, canals and reservoirs and all the habitats and species that thrive in these environments.
Working in the outdoors looking after some of our most amazing waterways, rivers and lakes whilst caring for the habitats and species found there make this an incredibly rewarding apprenticeship programme. Gain tuition and guidance from assessors with over 40 years industry experience who have a passion for learning and our water environments.
The course has four pathways which allow it to be tailored to different types of role, these include; working with volunteers, responding to flood events, heritage assets and water level management.
