In order to fulfil our mission and vision, NLBC will forge stronger linkages between the many land based careers initiatives, employers, and training providers to address existing skills gaps and attract a diverse and talented workforce. We will also align with key strategies, documents and policies that have a major bearing on the skills agenda for the entire land based sector. These include, but are not limited to:
